All Very Goods, Beaches Tote Bag

Based in Washington, D.C., All Very Goods explores identity and representation through visual metaphors of African-American history, adaptation and cultural evolution. 

This 18 by 18 inches tote bag names 6 historic Black beaches. The beaches included are — 

1. Sparrows, Maryland - This beach was part of Carr & Sparrows' Beaches founded by the Carr sisters in 1926. 
2. The Inkwell and Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts - This beach is located on the island of Martha's Vineyard and is part of the long standing African American community on the island.
3. Highland Beach, Maryland - This beach was founded in 1922 by Charles Douglass, the son of Frederick Douglass.
4. Atlantic Beach, South Carolina - This beach as founded in the 1930's and is known as the "Black Pearl."
5. Sag Harbor, New York - This beach was popularized in the 1940's by Black New Yorkers looking for summer homes.
