Movado x Derrick Adams Collector's Set

Movado’s new collaboration with Derrick Adams—one of the leading American artists of the 21st century—on a limited edition collection that pairs Adams’ vibrant pieces and singular style with Movado’s iconic Museum Dial.  Adams’ art celebrates the Black experience, employing vibrant colors and a contemporary-cubist style that draws on the richness of Black culture. The resulting designs are true collector’s items—watches as wearable art.

Floater - Adams’Floater captures the bliss of a summer day on the water with a vibrant dial that transforms Adams’ signature style into a wearable artwork on a spliced and stitched blue leather strap.

Arting - Adams’ signature style is on full display on this dial, inspired by a 2022 work of the same name,with vivid colors heightened by dimensional etching and that artwork extends onto a spliced and stitched strap.

Style Variation -Inspired by Adams’ Style Variation Grid 6, this watch captures the beauty of self-expression with a dial that captures the swirling movement of hair with textured circles.

Fashion Fair 3-Adams’ Fashion Fair 3 takes a joyous approach to abstraction, pairing bright colors and irreverent polka dots with clean modernist lines, highlighted by a double-layer dial for dynamic dimension.

We Came to Party and Plan -Adams’ We Came to Party and Plan is a celebration of Black joy and community depicted here on a colorful dial paired with a colorful polka dot leather strap with a pink lining.

Each piece from this Artist Series arrives in an exclusive presentation box featuring a perforated sleeve and printed box that echoes the vibrant, graphic nature of Adam’s signature style.
