Material of Blackness Utility Loop

Crafted in the iconic colors of red, black, and green, the Utility Loop is a functional object designed for daily use and rooted in deep meaning. Made from durable webbing with metal hardware, it can clip onto bags, belt loops, or keys, offering mobility without compromise.

Christine Miller is a painter and multidisciplinary artist based in New York City. In addition to her visual art practice, she engages in archival and research work that informs and expands her creative process. MULTIPLY is a material design project by Christine Miller that uses the Pan-African flag to create textile narratives rooted in Black culture and lived experience. This shop extends the project through a curated mix of found objects, one-off creations, and archival pieces — all connected to Black history and visual culture.
